CAKE:
2 C. sugar
1 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 C. flour
1/3 C. cocoa
1 C. chopped nuts1 T. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 jar marshmallow creme
TOPPING:
2 sticks (1 cup) oleo , melted
1 t. vanilla
1/2 C. evaporated milk
1# box (4 cups) powdered sugar 1/2 C. cocoa

CAKE:
Cream sugar, oil & eggs, beating by hand with wooden spoon. Add flour, cocoa & salt. Blend in vanilla & nuts. Pour into greased & floured 13" by 9" pan. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes, then spread marshmallow cream over cake
Topping:
While cake is cooling, melt oleo in medium pan & mix in vanilla & milk.
Stir in powdered sugar and cocoa.
Spread over marshmallow & swirl with table knife for wavy effect.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until thoroughly cool.
(Keep in refrigerator until served.
