Tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8 ounces of round brie cheese
1/8 cup of toasted almonds
1/4 cup apricot OR raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Lay out crescent rolls flat.
Place brie cheese on top, with rind on.
Put preserves on top of cheese and almonds on top of
preserves. Fold dough over top of cheese and cut off
excess.
Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
Pastry should be golden brown.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers and apple slices.
