3 T. butter
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
1/2 # sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 small can sliced mushrooms(optional)
2 C. fresh broccoli (cut up) or thawed frozen broccoli or broccoli florets
1 T. garlic powder
1 t. ground oregano
1 # smoked sausage (sliced up)
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cooked rotini

Cook rotini. Drain.
I slice up sausage & start to brown it a little in the butter in a frying pan, (I like my electric skillet for this). Add onion, green pepper & mushrooms & saute till tender. Add broccoli (I precook mine a bit in the microwave). Stir in garlic powder & oregano. Mix in cooked rotini. Heat till warmed through, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
