12 eggs beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt
pepper
1/2 cup of milk
2 TBSP. wondra flour
11/2 pkgs. Mexican cheese
1 large carton of large curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of chopped red pepper
1 TBSP. of chopped onion

Directions:

Beat the eggs. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Put in 9 x 13 buttered pan.
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
Then, bake at 325º for 40 minutes.
