Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Package of round steak
1/2 - 1 onion sliced
2 regular sized cans stewed tomatoes or regular tomatoes or 1 homemade jar of tomatoes
2/3 - 1 c. water
1 bell pepper sliced
garlic powder
petite peas
mushrooms
carrots
flour
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the fat off the meat and cut into pieces. Dredge the meat in flour that has some salt and pepper mixed in. Brown it on both sides in just enough oil in a fry pan. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic powder and water. Cover and simmer for an hour. Add the tomatoes after 30 minutes. You might need to add water during the cooking process. You also might need to cook the meat a little longer. It should become so tender that you can cut it with a fork. Towards the end of the cooking time add the carrots and then the other vegetables along with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you don't like any of the vegetables, it is fine to leave some out.
