40 Vanilla wafers crushed
3 T melted butter.
4 pkg of cream cheese- 8 oz each softened and divided
1 C sugar divided
1 T plus 1 t vanilla divided
3 eggs
1 tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Mix the wafers with the melted butter to make a crust in a springfoam pan. Beat 3 pkg of cream cheese with 3/4 C sugar and 1 T vanilla. Add one egg at a time, pour mix into the crust. Bake 50-55 min. Cool. Beat 1 pkg cream cheese rest of sugar and vanilla with Cool Whip. Spread over the cheesecake and cool for 4 hours. Remove from the pan and serve with fresh fruit.
