12 oz. fresh cranberries
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. ginger ale
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 oz. raspberry jello

Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a pot. Cook on medium heat until cranberries pop. Remove from heat, add dry jello mix and stir. It will thicken as it cools.

My kids don't like the chunky cranberries so I blend it in the blender while still warm. It is sweet and the ginger ale makes it kind of zingy. It tastes great on waffles and toast too. It will keep in the fridge for weeks, so you can make it before Thanksgiving and it will keep through the holidays..
