1 # ground pork
1/2 C. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1 t. salt
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
16 oz. can sauerkraut
1/4 C. finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, excluding sauerkraut.
On waxed paper, pat mixture into a 10 by 7 inch rectangle.
Combine 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained, & onion.
Spread evenly over meat. Starting at narrow end, roll up, jelly-roll fashion; place seam side down in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
