1 packet of corn tortillas
1 large can of enchilada sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 jar chili sauce
1 can Hormel© chili without beans
1 large can of pork and beans (strained)
1 can black olives
2 c. cheese
1 small can tomato paste
1 onion
1 bag of Fritos©

Directions:
Directions:
Combine enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, chili, pork and beans in large pot on stovetop until it is warm and all ingredients are stirred together.

In a 9"x13" pan - lay one layer of corn tortillas.

Scoop the sauce mixture on top of corn tortillas making a thin layer.

Add a handful of chopped onions, a handful or two of cheese, and a handful of olives and spread evenly on top of sauce mixture.

Repeat this stacking process until pan is full or sauce is gone. Last layer should be the cheese, onions and olives

Cook at 350º for about an hour until all cheese is hot and bubbly.

Enjoy with a handful of Fritos©
