2- 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1# bag
6 T. butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 t. salt
3 1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. dried dillweed
1 - 91/2 can tuna, drained or 2 - 5 0z.
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)

Cook broccoli. Drain. In saucepan melt butter over low heat, blend in flour & salt. I slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. (Original recipe said to add flour all at once). Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Add Parmesan cheese, lemon juice & dill weed. Stir in broccoli & tuna. Turn mixture into a 2 qt. casserole. Bake @ 375º for 20 min. Snip 4 biscuits into quarters & arrange around edge of hot casserole. Bake @ 10 minutes more, or until biscuits are done. ( I just place whole biscuits over the entire top.)
