3 medium size Ripe avocados
2 TBS Fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (1/4 to 1 1/8 oz pkg) Taco seasoning
2 (10 oz) cans Jalapeno bean dip, plain
1 cup Chopped green onions
2 cups Tomatoes, seeded & chopped
2 (3 ½ oz) cans Olives
8 oz Grated cheddar cheese
1 bag Large round tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and pit avocado and place fresh in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper; mash to combine. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. To assemble, spread bean dip on large shallow serving platter. Top with seasoned avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onion, tomatoes, and olives; cover with grated cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.

Variation: Very good with ground beef cooked with taco seasoning between bean dip and avocado mixture.
