1 Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into thin strips
1 small red onion, chopped
1 jar Rothschild Raspberry Salsa (or a fruit salsa)
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer ingredients in casserole dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or bagel chips.
