1 yellow cake mix, prepared according to pkg directions
2 8 oz cans of crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. sugar
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding
1 regular container of cool whip
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions. Put pineapple and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved and pour over warm cake. Let cool. Mix pudding with milk and pour on top of pineapple layer. Top with cool whip and garnish with coconut and chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated and eat within a couple of days.
