1 pkg. yeast,
6 Tbsp. sugar,
1-3/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 cup shortening,
3/4 cup scalded milk,
3/4 cup lukewarm water,
3 to 4 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. In another bowl add milk, shortening,sugar, salt, water. Add yeast and flour. Knead 5 minutes--rest dough, knead let rise 2 times. Make into cinnamon rolls. Put in 13 x9 greased pan.

Carmel
In pan put 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup sour cream. MIx this in bottom pan, add rolls, let rise in pan 20 minutes. bake in oven at 325º for 20-25 minutes or until brown on top.
