1 large potato, cleaned and sliced wafer thin
1/2 tsp. olive oil
salt or seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil into ziplock bag and add salt/seasoning, put potato in bag and coat. Arrange potato slices in a circle on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 4 min. Turn over the chips, microwave for 2 more minutes. Turn again and microwave for another 2 minutes, continue until they start to brown. Remove and let cool. Chips will crisp when cooling.
