1 regular white cake mix (pudding or sour cream type)
1 stick of butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. coconut
2 c. English Walnuts, broken
8 oz cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, butter, eggs, coconut and walnuts all together. Put in a 13 x 9 in pan. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy and spread over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
