2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen onions, squeezed of all excess liquid

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and place in an oven-safe dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with chips or crackers.
