8-10 large potatoes
2 lb. block of Velveeta Cheese
3-4 sticks of butter
Minced garlic
8 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
Dry powder Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, poke holes in them and bake in the microwave until tender to cut but not completely done.

Slice potatoes and place in a layer in a DEEP baking dish. (I use the disposable tins)

Use one stick of butter and cut into pats and place on top of the layer of potatoes along with garlic.

Cover potatoes with slices of Velveeta cheese, handfuls of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Repeat layers and bake at 450 degrees until potatoes reach desired crispness.

*Minimum of three sticks of butter is needed.
