16oz jar black bean dip
16oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
4 oz can chopped chilies, drained
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 (6oz) containers guacamole
16oz jar salsa
2 cups grated white and/or yellow cheddar cheese
1 lg tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cups scallions, white and green pieces
4oz can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
Assorted corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the black bean dip, black beans and chopped chilies in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly into a bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Combine sour cream, chili powder, cumin, paprika and salt in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Place generous spoonfuls of the sour cream mixture, guacamole, and salsa over the top of the black bean layer. Sprinkle the top of the dip with the cheese, tomatoes, scallions, olives and yellow pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with corn chips
