Chicken breast filets
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
Curry, Oregano, Garlic Powder, salt, pepper

Directions:
-Cut and cube chicken breast (the amount of chicken you use depends on how many people you're cooking for).
- Brown chicken in melted butter in a saute pan.
- Mince peppers and onion and cook down in a pan.
- Combine chicken and pepper/onion mixture in a pot along with cream of chicken soup and spices. (you can add any additional spices if you like).
- Add about 3/4 can of milk to every can of soup.
- Lower to simmer and let cook. You can eat it as soon as you like but the longer it has time to sit the better it gets.
- Serve over rice.

This is my own recipe I formulated in college. It's very easy and quick to make. You can add any spices you think will enhance the flavor as long as you use plenty of curry and a good amount of oregano.
