One c. uncooked orzo
1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 ts. grated orange peel
1 c. chopped apple
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. cubed turkey breast (optional)
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. chopped fresh pineapple, or 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, drained
1/4 c. golden raisins.

Cook orzo to desired tenderness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain well. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and orange peel; mix until well blended. In large bowl, combine apple and orange juice; mix gently. Add turkey, strawberries, pineapple, raisins, cooked orzo and yogurt mixture; mix gently until blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
