4 boneless center cut pork loin chops3/4 to 1 in. thick
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic.

Directions:
Preheat the broiler. Place pork chops on broiler pan. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Brush 1/2 of the glaze over tops of pork chops. Broil 3 to 4 in from heat for 6 to 8 min. Turn; brush remaining glaze over tops of pork chops. Broil for 6 to 7 min. or until just done. Serve. Grill Directions: heat grill. Brush one side of pork chops with 1/2 of the glaze. Place pork chops, glaze side down, on gas grill over medium heat or charcoal grill 6 to 8 in. from medium coals. Cook for 6 to 8 min. Brush with remaining glaze. Turn; continue cooking for 6 to 8 min or until desired.
