Directions:
In pan directly on burner: boil 2 c. water and 6 heaping tbsp. white granulated sugar (can also use level tablespoons of brown sugar). In the meantime, mix in the blender: 7 eggs; 1 can sweetened condensed milk; 1 c. milk; 2 tbsp. vanilla. Pour egg mixture into boiling sugar water, put lid on pan and place pan in a bigger pan with an inch or two of water and bake in 350º oven for 1 hour or until done. Test with a knife as in baking custard. The flan is done when knife comes out dry.
