1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1-1-1/4 oz pkg. taco seasoning mix
1-19 oz. can ready-to-serve tomato soup (not condensed)
1-17.3 oz can large refrigerated golden corn biscuits or 1-16.3 oz. can large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. lettuce, finely shredded
2 tomatoes, cored and chopped
1 c. thick and chunky salsa
1-2/1-4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
8 oz. sour cream
3 green onions, chopped.

Heat oven to 375º. Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 min. or until cooked thoroughly, stirring frequently and breaking into small pieces. Drain well. Add taco seasoning mix and soup. Mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer about 3 min. Remove from heat. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add pieces to beef mixture and stir gently. Spoon mixture into ungreased 9x13 in. pan. Bake in preheated oven for 18-23 min. or until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake additional 8-10 min. or until cheese is bubbly. Cut pizza into squares. Top each with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, olives, sour cream and onions.
