1-3/4 lb. top sirloin steak
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 crushed large garlic clove
1/4 c. pine nuts
1-3/4 c. (14-1/2 oz can) whole peeled tomatoes and juice
2 tbsp. rinsed capers
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 ts. dried basil leaves
1/4 ts. red pepper flakes.

Saute steak in olive oil in 10-in. skillet over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 min. on each side for rare; or broil. Remove to platter; keep warm. Saute onion, garlic and pine nuts in pan. Cut up tomatoes. Add tomatoes and juice with remaining ingredients; simmer 5 min. Serve over steak.
