3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 container strawberries
1 can pineapple rings, drained, cut into wedges
1 can mandarin orange sections
2 bunches seedless grapes
1 can sliced peaches
3 med. kiwi fruit, sliced
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Take the first 3 ingredients and beat margarine and powdered sugar together. Blend in flour and press onto a greased pizza pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool and cover. Chill until ready to spread with filling on top of crust. For the filling: combine the next 4 ingredients, mixing them well and spread on the chilled crust. Next, arrange the fruit on top of the filling. For the glaze, take the remaining ingredients and combine as follows: combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in juices. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until thick. Cool before brushing glaze over top of arranged fruit.
