1 cup (2 sticks) soft margarine or butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt, optional
3 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat together margarine and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and nuts (optional). Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
