4 c Sugar
1 can Evaporated Milk
2.1/4 c Mini Marshmallows
3 6 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
4 c broken walnut pieces
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Sugar and Evaporated Milk to a hard boil and stir for 11 minutes.
Oil a 9x13 baking pan, line it with foil.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and pour into prepared pan.
Chill
Cut into 1 inch squares.
