4 Boneless Chicken Breasts-pounded to flatten, floured, salted and peppered-layer in plastic wrap
2+ T Lemon Juice
1/4 c Vermouth
Capers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken breasts in clarified butter. ( melt butter and spoon foam off the top)
Remove chicken and add lemon juice and vermouth. Add chicken back to pan and add capers and some caper juice over the top. Saute thickens itself when you turn chicken over. Remove chicken and pour sauce over it.
