1 cup Oil
2 cups light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans
2 large cans apple pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla.
Sift together flour , baking soda, salt and cinnamon and cloves. Mix in : raisins , muts and apple pie filling and cut apples into smaller pieces. Bake at 350 degreees for 1 hour in two loaf pans or you can use small foil pans as well. Icing :
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 to one cup of nuts.
Mix together and bring to a boil 1-2 mins. pour over cakes.
