2 cans hominy, drained
2 c. grated cheese (reserve 1 c. for topping)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (reserving 1 c. grated cheese to sprinkle on top) and pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
