2 pounds small white or red potatoes
1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup pesto
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1 to 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in 3 quart sauce pan and add potatoes. Cover and return to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes or until tender, drain water. Cool slightly and cut into quarters or smaller. Place green beans in 1-inch water, heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered until crisp-tender, drain water. Mix salad dressing, pesto and salt. Add potatoes and green beans, cover and refrigerate about 4 hours. Sprinkle with pine nuts and garnish with tomatoes before serving.
