I pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup tempura batter mix
Cold beer
2 tablespoons fajita mix
12 fajita tortillas, warm

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk tempura batter mix, beer and fajita seasonings Substitute beer for liquid required for batter mix . Stand for 5 minutes. Pour some oil in a dutch oven and heat. Dip shrimp in batter, shake off excess. Fry 1-2 minutes until golden.
Serve in warm tortillas.
