Cinnamon & Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Mix Cinnamon & Sugar (I use a Ziploc bag) to your taste. Cover the biscuits with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Stand them in a bundt pan.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, brown sugar and ice cream. Bring to a boil and boil for about 3 to 5 minutes or until sugars are dissolved. Pour over biscuits. Cook in 350º oven for about 30 minutes or until biscuits are done.
Invert on platter that is larger than the bundt pan. The caramel will be liquid and go over the biscuits and over the platter. Make sure you have enough room for this.
