2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped - white or red
1 can Rotel, mild
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 package taco Bell seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups water
2 cans beef broth
1 ½ pounds of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Ranch style beans, drained
Ms. Dash season to taste
Season salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef and chopped onion over medium heat. Drain off any fat.
Add rotel, salt and pepper, beans, water, broth, seasoning mixes, corn, and stewed tomatoes to the beef and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes.

Top with shredded cheese, and serve with chips or cornbread.
