1 - 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream or IMO
Seasonings to taste:
onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper
1 - 8 oz. imitation crabmeat, shredded
1 1/2 cups medium or sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl mix together cream cheese & sour cream or IMO with fork until smooth. Add seasonings to taste (or smell). Stir well. Add crabmeat & mix well. Spread mixture in quiche dish or pie dish. Sprinkle layer of cheese on top just to cover mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until dish begins to bubble. Serve with Wheat Thins.

Do not use fat free cream cheese.

Dish can be made in the microwave as follows: Cook mixture without cheese for 5 - 10 minutes on high setting until center is heated through. Add cheese and heat until melted.
