2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup Hershey Cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups zucchini, grated with skin
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat eggs in large bowl, add sugar & oil. Beat well. Mix together dry ingredients. Add to sugar mixture & beat well until smooth. Add grated zucchini, mixture will be thick. Stir in chocolate chips.

Line (2) loaf pans with wax paper. Pour batter evenly between pans. Trim excess paper from over rims of pans.

Bake for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Allow bread to rest for 10 minutes before carefully removing wax paper. Store cooled bread in foil. Freezes well.
