2 bags of shelled edamame cooked
1 (8.5 oz) jar of julienne cut sun dried tomatoes; drained and blotted dry
1 (4.5 oz) jar pitted Kalamata olives drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup Girards's Greek Feta Vinaigrette
1 (4oz) package crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients well. Gently fold in the feta cheese. Chill for several hours to blend the flavors then serve. This salad keeps well.
