1 c nuts (finely chopped)
3 tbls sugar
2 tsp cinnamon


Cake:
1 c oleo
1 1/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour (or spray) a bundt pan.
Mix filling items together in a small bowl and set aside.

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.
In another bowl, cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Alternate the sour cream and flour starting and ending with the flour.

Dump a third of filling mixture in the bottom of the pan. Top with 1/3 of the batter. Repeat with remaining of filling and batter, ending with the batter.
Bake for 50 minutes or until cake is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan and then invert (carefully) onto a serving plate. Cool completely before slicing.
