1/2 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves sliced thin
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/8teaspoon pepper
5 chopped anchovy filet (boneless skinless or I use anchovy paste)
1 pound angel hair pasta
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet . Add garlic cloves until lightly brown. Add water. Add parsley ,pepper, anchovy filets or paste. Simmer 5 minute's. Serve over Angel hair pasta.
