1 c. long grain rice
1 c. half & half
6 T. butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. shrimp
½ c. Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. celery (cut)
Dash of pepper
¼ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare rice and set aside. In a two quart pan, sauté onion, celery, and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from pan. Melt remaining butter over medium heat, stir in flour gradually until well blended. Stir in half & half, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened. Add shrimp mixture and pour over rice, add cheese on top. Cook 15 minutes in a 350º oven.
