6 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1-2 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes or
tomato sauce (1 can)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
3/4 c. Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil. Drain. Slice an onion over each chop and pour tomatoes, salt and Worchestershire on top. Bring to a boil, add rice. Cover and simmer until pork chops are tender and rice is cooked. Stir occasionally.
