1/2 cup butter, softened
1 - 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup flour

FILLING

2 eggs
2 T. flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
3 scallions, finely chopped
1 - 4 3/4 oz. can crabmeat, well drained
2 cups grated Swiss cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and light. Work in flour. Roll into 60 balls to fill small tart pans. Form balls into shells by pressing gently on bottom and up sides of tart pans.

Beat eggs until frothy. Mix in flour, mayonnaise and milk. Add onion. Stir in crab and cheese. Pour evenly into prepared shells 2/3 full. Bake on lowest rack for 30 minutes or until set. Can be served warm or cold.
