1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 small can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup raisins
1 apple, diced with skin on

DRESSING
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream or IMO
1 - 1 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 packet artificial sweeter or Splenda

Place chopped cabbage in large bowl. Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges well. Pat dry with paper towel if needed. Place pineapple, oranges, craisins, raisins and apple chunks in bowl with cabbage. Toss well.

In small bowl combine all ingredients for dressing. Taste to make sure that flavors have blended well.
Pour 1/2 - 3/4 of dressing over coleslaw. Mix well. Add more dressing as desired. Leftover dressing can be stored up to 1 week for future use.
