1 white or yellow cake mix.
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
cool whip
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed. Cool.
Sweeten and thicken can of crushed pineapple with 3/4 c. sugar and 3 T. cornstarch. Cool. Do layers as follows (do each thing at two or three times, pineapple mix, pudding mix, cool whip) Spread each layer over cake. Over pineapple spread the pudding, (made as directed). Over pudding mix spread with cool whip mixed with flaked coconut. Can top with cool whip and coconut if you want.
