2c. French's French Fried Onions
2 tbsp. flour
4.5oz chicken breasts (boneless)
1 egg well beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Crush fried onions with flour in a plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg then coat with onion crumbs.
Bake for 20 mins. at 400ºF or until cooked through
