1 head of lettuce rinsed & drained
1 head of cauliflower rinsed & drained
12 oz. cooked crisp bacon
1 red onion sliced think, broken into rings
10 oz. frozen peas, rinsed & drained
grated cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 c mayonnaise
3 to 4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break lettuce & cauliflower into small bite sized pieces. In dish, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and peas. Top with crumbled bacon. Pour dressing over. Store covered in airtight container in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
