1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 large onion
2 cans corn (or hominy, or 1 each)
4 oz chopped green chili's
1 c water
2 large cans tomatoes
2 cans chili beans
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 envelope ranch dressing mix (use dry)
Corn chips (optional)
Sour cream (optional)
1 envelope taco seasoning mix

Directions:

Brown hamburger meat and onion. In large pot, mix with remaining ingredients and heat until hot.

Serve with corn chips and sour cream

Personal Notes:
For a healthier leaner meal replace hamburger meat with lean ground turkey. Ground turkey takes on the flavor of whatever seasonings you use and is leaner and less salt content, therefore healthier!
