1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg wild rice mix, prepared as directed
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 c pineapple chunks
2 c diced cooked turkey
1 c gravy
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c sherry (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper in oil. Add prepared rice, pineapple and water chestnuts. In a buttered 2 quart casserole, spread half of rice mixture, half of turkey and half of soup mixture, gravy and sherry in layers. Repeat a second layer. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375º.
