1 lb ground beef
1 tsp oregano
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c sour cream
2 egg whites, beaten
2 pkg chopped spinach, thawed and drained
7 oz can of mushrooms, drained
Jack cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, drain. Add oregano, spinach, mushroom, salt, pepper, celery soup and sour cream. Mix. Add beaten egg whites. Mix well. Pour into 13x9 casserole dish. Layer jack cheese on top, bake for 20 minutes at 350º.

This is a delicious dish, even if you do not like spinach. I hate spinach and it's my favorite dish!
May be frozen and then baked after thawing for the same amount of time.
